ROAD & SOIL STABILISER

Reduce Road Construction
Costs with RT20 Dynamic

Engineered soil stabiliser that integrates into your standard road construction process. Stronger roads, lower costs, longer life.

About RT20

Why use RT20 Dynamic?

A liquid additive that transforms in-situ soils and substandard materials into durable, water-resistant road base.

Improves the quality of substandard road materials
Extends road surface life and strength
Reduces water damage and permeability
Cuts ongoing maintenance requirements

“The construction improvement we found with material workability and compaction was significant.”
Engineer, Government Sector, Philippines

“Remarkable performance, particularly on high-volume haul roads, dust blow-outs, dumps and light vehicle roads. Highly effective at reducing the water required for maintenance.”
Works Engineer, Local Government, Australia
Benefits

Key Benefits

RT20 Dynamic delivers measurable performance improvements at every stage, from application through to long-term road life.

Diluted in compaction water and applied per standard procedures
Achieves maximum compaction with significantly less force
Improves the quality of substandard road construction materials
Increases road material density and structural strength
Reduces water permeability through a tighter, denser structure
Reduces the need for imported aggregates
Helps suppress dust during and after construction
Cost-effective and easy to integrate into existing workflows
Procedures

Application Procedures

RT20 Dynamic integrates into your standard road construction workflow in six steps.

Treatment Depth

Determine the required depth of treatment based on the road’s intended use, traffic loading and existing material conditions. Typical depths range from 100mm to 300mm.

Road Ripping

Rip the existing road surface to the determined treatment depth, breaking up the material to allow uniform mixing and additive penetration.

Water & Additive Application
Dilute RT20 Dynamic into the compaction water at the specified ratio. Apply the solution evenly across the ripped material using a water cart.
Material Blending
Blend the treated material thoroughly using a grader or pulvi-mixer to achieve uniform distribution of the additive throughout the full treatment depth.
Material Placement
Spread and shape the treated material to the required road profile, grade and crossfall. Ensure correct levels before compaction.
Surface Compaction
Compact the treated layer to specification using standard rollers. RT20 Dynamic requires significantly less compactive effort to reach maximum density.
Why It Matters

Greatly Reducing Costs and Increasing Performance

RT20 Dynamic delivers cost savings across the full project lifecycle, from initial construction through years of operation.

Lower construction costs use in-situ and locally available materials instead of importing expensive aggregates

Reduced fuel and machinery costs lower vehicle roll resistance cuts fuel usage and wear on equipment

Lower maintenance spend a denser, water-resistant road structure reduces ongoing repair cycles

Faster project delivery straightforward application means quicker construction times

Reduced dust less dust means less wear on machinery and lower suppression costs

Better tyre life a smoother, more uniform road surface extends tyre wear
